Only problem i had was that the white and blue ceramic part of the lid came off in the box and was moving around freely in the box. I moved the box before opening it and it rattled. the screw that attached the ceramic piece to the lid had come off completely. the ceramic knob was scuffed up a little but not enough to return the item. The seller, however, should have packed it better.
